The PARCEL Project (Partner Capacity Enhancement in Logistics) is an inter-agency initiative that aims to increase the capacity and independence of local partners to respond to humanitarian emergencies. Resources include logistics standards, e-learning, a logistics assessment tool, a logistics toolkit, and face-to-face logistics training resources.
ESUPS stands for Emergency Supply Pre-positioning Strategy.
We work to promote coordinated pre-positioning of emergency supplies and collective logistics strategies, with the goal to reduce gaps and overlaps in emergency preparedness and improve coordination among humanitarian actors.
ULS draw together best practice in humanitarian supply chain and logistics.
They are intended to be used by organisations, staff and volunteers as guidance to improve the quality of disaster preparedness and response.
The pilot version of ULS handbook is now available online, and is going to be tested in the field in 2021.
